Global Contract Laws is our online resource covering multiple jurisdictions, designed to provide an easily accessible, online comparative reference guide on a number of business critical Commercial and Contract Law topics. It provides users with summary answers on day-to-day contract law questions that international businesses face when trading in international jurisdictions. There are currently 19 different topics ranging from questions on e-commerce to liability issues to disputes to agency and distribution law, all answered across the globe. It is anticipated that the number of topics and countries will increase in the next 12 months. The handbook also includes 'further commentary' sections that provide a more substantive review of more complex issues.
